Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "77bf", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the 77bf platform accessible at https://77bf.io and any of its authorised subsidiaries, affiliates, or agents responsible for operating the platform.
• "Platform" — the 77bf website, mobile site, and all associated digital services available through https://77bf.io, including the casino, sportsbook, live betting, and account management functions.
• "Account" — the registered personal account held by a user of the Platform, created by successful completion of the registration process.
• "User", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Real-Money Wager" — any bet or game round placed using BDT funds deposited to an Account, as distinct from demonstration or practice modes where available.
• "BDT" or "Taka" — Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the ৳ symbol.
• "MFS" — Mobile Financial Services, referring to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and any other mobile wallet payment method supported by the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — any credit awarded to an Account by 77bf as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bet, or loyalty reward, subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required by 77bf before withdrawal of funds from an Account.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all date and time references in these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Real-Money Wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and 77bf. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Eligibility

To hold an Account and participate in Real-Money Wagers on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. 77bf strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method subject to verification.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
3. You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a 77bf employee, director, officer, or contractor.
4. You are not registered as a self-excluded player on 77bf and have not been issued with a formal exclusion notice by 77bf's responsible gaming team.
5. You have not previously had an Account closed by 77bf for breach of these Terms.
6. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and are not under the influence of alcohol or any substance that impairs your ability to make sound financial decisions.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, different phone numbers, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to notify 77bf promptly of any change to this information by contacting support.

77bf reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport or birth certificate as supplementary age verification
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of MFS account ownership matching the deposit method used

77bf reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to give a reason for the refusal.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share, disclose, or transfer your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be treated as having been authorised by you, whether or not you were personally responsible for the activity. 77bf shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 77bf support immediately. 77bf will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your Account pending the outcome of that investigation.

Deposits

All deposits to 77bf Accounts must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the payment methods currently listed as active in the Platform's cashier section. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and cards registered in your own name. 77bf prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Where a deposit is identified as having originated from a third-party source, the deposit may be reversed to the originating account and any winnings generated from those funds may be voided.

• Minimum deposit: as published in the cashier section of your Account dashboard at the time of deposit. Minimums may vary by payment method.
• Maximum deposit: as published per payment method. Limits may be adjusted as part of responsible gaming restrictions applied to your Account.
• Settlement time: MFS deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) typically settle within 60 seconds. Card deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted and held in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by 77bf.

77bf does not charge a processing fee for deposits. However, your MFS provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond 77bf's control and for which 77bf accepts no liability.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Account are subject to the successful completion of the KYC identity verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but are not permitted to withdraw funds until all required documentation has been submitted and approved by 77bf's verification team.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where practicable, to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of player funds.

• Processing time: Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes during 77bf business hours (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed at the start of the next business period.
• Minimum withdrawal: as published in the cashier section of your Account at the time of the request.
• Maximum withdrawal: daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply as published in your Account dashboard. Higher limits may be negotiated for VIP account holders through the support team.
• Pending bets: Funds held as stakes in unsettled bets are not available for withdrawal until those bets are settled.

77bf reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or in cases where unusual account activity has been identified. This is a security and anti-fraud measure and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing.

Bonuses & Promotions

77bf may from time to time offer Bonus Funds, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered account holders. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published with each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money cash balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer details.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the offer. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not cleared the wagering requirement within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published with each offer. Live casino table games and certain slot titles may have reduced contribution rates.
• 77bf reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an Account shall remain subject to the terms applicable at the time it was credited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address. 77bf employs technical and manual checks to identify and prevent duplicate bonus claims.
• Accounts that are found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — may have their bonus balances voided and their Accounts reviewed for compliance with these Terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question, as published within the Platform at the time the bet is placed. The following general rules apply across all betting and casino products:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 77bf. 77bf reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that were posted in error.
• Palpable errors: If a price or odds figure is published in clear and manifest error, 77bf reserves the right to void any bet placed at that price and refund the stake. A palpable error is defined as an odds figure that is materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of posting, irrespective of whether the error arose from a technical fault, human input error, or data feed failure.
• Void events: Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules for that sport as published in the 77bf sportsbook rules. Stakes on voided events are returned to the originating account balance.
• Casino game results: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by the game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). The result recorded by the provider's server is the definitive result in all cases.
• Disconnection policy: 77bf is not responsible for bets or game rounds interrupted by connection failures on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted due to a server-side fault, the round will be completed or voided at the platform's discretion, and the stake will be returned where the outcome cannot be determined.
• Bet settlement: Bets are settled as soon as practicable after the relevant event or game result has been confirmed. Settlement times vary by sport and event. Cricket BPL, IPL, and T20 matches are typically settled within 30 minutes of the final result.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be immediately suspended, have bets voided, have balances withheld pending investigation, and ultimately be permanently closed:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of a game or to manipulate the distribution of winnings, including in poker, live dealer games, and any other multi-player format.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or make game decisions without direct manual input.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed primarily to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks with your MFS provider or card issuer after placing bets. 77bf will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and may pursue recovery of funds through available legal channels.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose connected to money laundering or the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Impersonation: Providing false identity information or impersonating any other individual during registration or KYC.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 77bf brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, database structure, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 77bf or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 77bf.
• Use any 77bf branding, logo, or trade mark in any external publication, website, social media post, or marketing material without express written authorisation.
• Extract, scrape, or systematically harvest data from the Platform by automated means.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technical component of the Platform.

Game content accessible through the Platform is provided under licence from the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and remains the intellectual property of those providers. 77bf makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bf's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77bf shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, network failures, or service interruptions that are beyond 77bf's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind.
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains an error, inaccuracy, or omission, provided that 77bf takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 77bf's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Responsible Gaming

77bf is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all account holders. The Platform is intended for recreational entertainment only, and 77bf does not encourage gambling as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified account holders via the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration after which you will receive an alert and be prompted to take a break.
• Loss limits: Set a cap on the maximum net loss you are willing to accept over a defined period.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request to be excluded from all 77bf marketing communications. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 77bf support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, 77bf will process the closure within two business days. Any remaining cash balance (excluding non-cleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

77bf reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity has been detected or is reasonably suspected.
• The Account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Continued operation of the Account would, in 77bf's reasonable assessment, place 77bf in breach of its legal or regulatory obligations.
• The Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login, deposit, or wager activity.

Where an Account is closed by 77bf for cause (breach of Terms), any cash balance held in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, 77bf may forfeit the balance and provide written notice of the forfeiture to the account holder's registered email address.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operators. 77bf operates as an internationally licensed platform and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and 77bf, you agree to first attempt resolution through 77bf's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 77bf will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms before pursuing litigation. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments to These Terms

77bf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 77bf will provide notice to registered account holders via the registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days before the revised Terms take effect.

Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter the substance of the obligation, and changes required to comply with applicable law — may take effect immediately without individual notification, subject to the revised Terms being published on this page.
